Initial consultYour initial consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know you. The doctor will conduct a thorough orthodontic exam. We will have a discussion about what your concerns are and how we can work to meet your needs. From here, we will customize a treatment plan just for you. Insurance information will be reviewed and payment plans provided.
Records appointment follows the initial consult. This appointment marks the beginning of treatment. We will make study models of your teeth and take any other necessary X-rays, to allow for the orthodontist to fully customize your treatment plan. Congratulations for embarking on your orthodontic journey!
The bonding appointment is when we place your orthodontic appliance (braces, Invisalign, etc). We will also give any necessary instructions, demonstrate how to care for your appliance, and provide a care package with all necessary tools.
Follow-up appointmentsWe will like to see you back for adjustments of your orthodontic appliance. Our adjustments are generally once every 8 weeks. We will do our best to accommodate you and your busy schedule. We also recommend visiting your family dentist for regular cleanings and check-ups while in orthodontic treatment.
